New York-based, all-female mariachi ensemble Flor de Toloache hails from across the globe. Their Latin GRAMMY-winning sound is at home both on NPR and the world’s largest stages, much like the electric energy of Las Cafeteras, whose community-building Afro-Mexican beats are pure magnetism. Cap it all off with a touch of Latin psychedelic soul from Austin’s The Los Sundowns.

We’ve spent the past year discovering creators and celebrating their works in whatever way possible, seeking to be both curious in our exploration and steadfast in our support of artists.

That’s why this fall, Long Center Vistas invites all our curious listeners to find new intersections of music, diversity, and creativity with a new collaboration. Building on the successful events of the past year like Long Live Music and The Drop-In, we’re teaming up with outer/most agency for a curated series of musical experiences set on the borderlands of genre and innovation.

This is an exercise in discovery and a celebration of creativity. And extraordinary music needs extraordinary listeners.
